Bhumidaya Foundations delivers piling for high-rise buildings, major hospitals including Baby Memorial Hospital Calicut, Aster Medcity, Jubilee Mission Thrissur, and MIMS Calicut, railway bridges, and apartment developments for Skyline Builders and Malabar Developers — building expertise Kerala's construction industry had little precedent for at the time.
The group moves into commercial real estate, developing and leasing corporate office space under Bhumidaya Rentals.
The group extends into residential construction under Bhumidaya Developers, grounded in the same piling and foundation expertise the group started with.
CHAIRMANBabu Philip has been involved in high-rise building piling foundations across Kerala since 1995, under the company name Bhumidaya Foundations. He is recognised as one of the few people who brought piling to Kerala, at a time when the technique had little precedent in the state's construction industry.
